Brand new in original box. hull KIT-NO MOTOR- for 3.5 nitro outboard, I would presume- was given to me would like to trade for some gas boat parts anything considered-seriously! would be a perfect upgrade for anyone with one of those "Dolphin 60mph ebay hulls" :D hull is very sturdy, decals,fuel tank, stand, everything in box, just been sitting around, I'm not into nitro, so make me an offer, I'll take anything gas related-you pay shipping :)

NO It's the original topspeed from Great Planes, its not painted, it's a kit partially assembled, the decals are still on the sheet, you would have to paint it the color you want, then install decals, if you wanted- has everything except motor mount- has new fuel tank, radio box servo mounting, and believe it or not, the assembly & setup manual-
