Well, Its never to early to start training. This is my daughter Taegan. She has been watching me fly my Blade Mcx since Christmas and finally asked if she could have a helicopter of her own. Well, I turned her loose on my old Havoc. I think she did a pretty good job for her first flight. We were all excited.......

Sorry for the baby talk!!!!!!

Thanks folks. Taegan and I have had a blast flying together today. Mom is just putting her to bed so I can go practice the HBFP a bit. I am pretty excited about her enthusiasm. Lets hope it lasts longer than two days like most of her "hobbies"

I completely understand your excitement! Sharing the hobby with my son has been one of the most rewarding experiences of fatherhood.

My Son got us started in radio controlled aircraft when he was 4 years old. He was inconsolable when his free flight plane got stuck in a tree. While he was sobbing madly I promised I would replace it with a plane that you control so that you can keep it away from the trees. One thing led to another and now our house is filled with planes and helicopters.

You have not seen fearless until you've seen your child flying your helicopter.

Children learn quick, but they have no sense of caution.

The solution is to make a simulator available to them.
