Skirt Patterns?

I have built a few hovercrafts, and i have been using trash bags for skirts. They only last for so long :( Now i'm ready to make some with rip stop. I just can't figure out how to cut all of the pieces to fit the craft properly. Here are a couple of picture of the craft i need the suggestions for. I am looking to make both a bag and finger type skirt. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks alot!!!

I found this site a while ago that explains how he calculated the pieces for the skirt.

I've used that formula before, it works rather well.
