Try contacting Model Boats, http://www.modelboats.co.uk/
They may have it available as a back issue....
Or try asking on the Mayhem site, its UK based.

The Model Boats website has been "redesigned" since they gained their new publisher. Sadly, it does not appear that there has been any intention of actually gaining customers. If you go to http://www.myhobbystore.com/g/4/Model-Boats.html you will either see what I mean or (less likely) find what you need. There is a back numbers service, but whether it does actually go back to the time of the previous publisher is an open question - if you manage to find anything out, please let us know.

If you want to upgrade, Floating Drydock has plans for
the Arliegh Burke in the BU series plans - Bu-DDG51. (http://floatingdrydock.com/Bu.htm)
Or maybe downgrade to A Ticonderoga, plans are in the TFW series - TFW-CG47 (http://www.floatingdrydock.com/TFW2.htm).
I didn't see hull lines for the Tico' though...

Hi there Jimmy.
I'm afraid I don't have the Hibbard.
I would be interested to know how you went with the Escort Carrier plans I sent you some time ago. Have you completed it?
Cheers.
Paul.

Replied to your PM.
Sorry sent that years mags (MB 2002) to good home (fellow modeller). What type of boats you looking for.
If I have anything suitable you can have mag for a small donation (RSPCA gets it) plus post. Too many mags to list. Issue & Year & I'll check what is left in the box. about 200 or so left.
cheers
