Price of Castle Creations Phoenix 125 ESC Incorrect?

Ok , I found an item I'm interested in using a coupon code on which expires on Jan 31st (Castle Creations Phoenix 125 ESC) but it is already priced $30 over normal retail of say Tower Hobbies and Esprit Models and etc.........

I am assuming this is a mistake because all of Hobby Lobby's prices for the Phoenix controllers are practically identical to Tower's prices except for the CC125 which is $199 where it is $169 at Tower.
