About 24 inches long. All aluminum welded hull. Stainless welded riggin. Very fast. Runs dry or wet anything. It would even climb my neighbors septic hill. Motor ran great until it broke a rocker arm assembly in the head, it needs a new jug which is $90. I was asking $500 as a full running boat, so its now priced accordingly Remote went under water in the tropical storm Fay flood, so it has no remote. It was a traxxas controller. Thanks

Had to double check the boat but no. I took that pcture to show the quality of the welding and the breaks in the hull.
