heli-x simulator transmitter setup

I just loaded the XP Heli-x simulator, but I can't get the simulation to start.
I have a dynam USB controller that I use with FMS. I went through the configuration and the controls all work. Anyone else run into this problem?

Is idle-up assigned to a key on the keyboard? Look in the Heli-X forum for further help...
