Hey guys
Just want you to know that I had a problem with a helicopter that I bought from Hobby-lobby. As soon as I emailed them they replied and told me what to look for and the problem was exactly as they described it. So they sent me the faulty parts immediately (free of charge) and they kept emailing until they were sure that my problem was solved. That's what I call customer service! Thanks HL!
