I pulled this transistor marked only (partial ?) c4411. After googling it looks similar to the discontinued SANYO '2SC4411' transistor. Anyone know where can I look for a equivalent one? This is a 3 leg transistor in a black plastic package with a heat sink.
Appreciate any help.
Sam.

There is a supplier of replacement transistors etc named "NTE"> (www.nteinc.com). Their parts are available at most electronic suppliers - NOT Radio Shack! At the above site you can input the number of whatever you need to replace and get an NTE number. For the C4411, the no. is NTE 2561. Luck, Eloy

May work, may not. Parameters are similar, but not exact.
No clue where to buy this part

Good luck

What you put in place depends on what its for..

high definition Video CRT suggests fast switching time, low capacitance and high voltage..and probably only modest current gain.

It it a driver for a power MOSFET perhaps?
