I now have one of these. Question is this, what do you all recommend for servos? The rudder will be converted to pull-pull. We all know servos fail but I'm looking for some 'solid gear' recommendations from some users of this bird. I 'm just trying to install some servo gear that's not cheap nor failure prone. I'm pulling and selling the NIP Power 46 motor and installing a GR45 from http://www.reaperbrushless.com/ more horsepower with less weight. Ail will be driven seperately,(DX7/AR7000) no Y cabling. I'm assembling parts here & there but would really appreciate some advice on the servos. I just want reliability and quality!

I had a H9 Cub over the summer setup for 3D with a Pull Pull Rudder and a Carbon Fiber push rod for Elevator .
I had a Torgue Motor 4014T 570 on 6s with a 16x8 prop.
had lots of fun Ton of power.
I used JR DS821 all the way around.

I had a similar sized Goldberg Cub for about 10 years that I setup with a pull-pull rudder that was glow powered. Any generic full size servo will be fine. Hitec HS311, Futaba S148 or S3001,2,3,4. You really don't need anything special.

Appreciate the responses.....

bsipro, I'm thinking of doing the samething. That big ugly stick ain't gonna cut the mustard. I'll make a set of custom LG as well. This gear is just 2 ugly.

Me the same, standard servo's that came with my spectrum gear work fine.
