Lateral Track control law

I am writing the code for navigation now and wanted to just familiarize myself with the cross track and along track calculations so I wrote some matlab to test. Comments welcome. I have only tested a couple of scenarios in one or two quadrants of the trig so if you catch a bug let me know. Hope this helps those struggling with the elusive angles and calcs
