Hi I am relatively new to the world of RC and am learning to fly a 4#3b, currently waiting new motor :rolleyes:
Anyway I have got my 2401 hooked up to the soundcard and have finally got it working with FMS. I would now like to get it to work with HelisimRC using PPjoy but I am having serious problems mapping my controller under PPjoy..
Basically I have followed the instructions on the relevant site and configured four channels but the sim doesn't see my controller.
When I mess with the mapping I can get cyclic (lateral) to work but that is it. I figure it would take me an age to sort of try to guess which axis should be analogue 0,1 etc and I suspect maybe the mapping needs to have 8 channels selected perhaps some of the functions are outside the 4 channels the walkthrough suggests you select?
Could someone please help me understand this software and perhaps suggest where I have gone wrong?
