How do you bend 1.90mm brass tubing to a 90 degree bend without cinking or colapsing the tubing?

As usual, it all depends!
Commercial bending tools have dies and wipers that support the tube while bending. You can buy hand tools for the job, usually down to 1/4" though. The coil spring things have never worked for me.
In bigger tubes, you can fill with salt or sand, solder the ends, then bend.

(2nd picture) I bent 1/8" tubing, but:
- Annealed it first (red hot then cool),
- Then bent it around a large radius.

Dubro makes two bending tools, work very well, the small one is 1/8".
The main trick is to anneal the brass to make it soft for bending, must be heated until red hot with a torch, then let cool. It will then bend easy.
