I have started a new project this is the boeing UAV ScanEagle. I have a short history with uav's being the pilot of a school uav that entered in the 2008 uav outback challange in kingaroy. I have started this because i have a couple of questions that i cant find the anwser to i was wondering if anyone knows if the FMA copilot well iteract with elorons (elevator+alirons) like the set up on the scaneagle if not does anyone know a flight staabization system that well! or how the copilot can be modifyed to do the job and i well upload photos of the progress.

Hi 883uav,
an FMA copilot should be able to be used in that situation if you were to run the aileron and elevator outputs from the copilot into a V-tail mixer and then from the Vtail mixer to the 2 elevon servos.
I've never tried it, but I cant see why it wouldnt work.
I run copilots on 2 of my planes and generally they work very well.
Which team were you with at Kingaroy, and are you intending to compete again this year if they run it?
Cheers,
R.

The FMA Copilot can be set up for elevon control. I use 2 on flying wings and they work fine.
