That's the ETNZ hull in plain white.
Keel, bulb and rudder seems suspiciously similar.

Sadly they slammed a rig on it that looks like the dreadful first edition, with its 'environmental' (shrinking and sagging) sail material.

Other than that, it's a nice base to build a proper sailboat on.
Should be able to beat my Voyager I.
