MicroDAN 2505-2535Kv outrunner.
using our new speed 400 motor mount to convert this EPP easy star clone to brushless.
1800mah 3s lipo.
flies just as well with a 2200 3s.
no weight was required to balance plane.
flies like a sportliner.
very stable no bad habits.

Definitely needs a stronger motor, seems to be badly underpowered, LOL.

I just received my 2535 and installed it in a 27" plane, 480 gram auw. It will be fueled by a Revolectric 2200 3s 40C. A home made 6x7.26 prop will pull it. The wattmeter show 45A at 11V and 495 watt. The power ratio is 467 watt per pound. I could not measure the r.p.m. yet as it was to dark outside for the tachometer to work. I will test fly it this weekend.

What is the name of the plane and what is the url of the company that makes the plane?

The name of the plane is Twig. You see, it is to small to be called a Stick. (Stik) It looks similar, just smaller. The company (my home workshop) does not have a URL. Seriously though, it is a small homebuilt plane made of balsa, but that is beside the point. This discussion is about the motor, I think.
Anyway, I did take a reading with the tachometer after the motor ran for about 30 seconds on the freshly charged battery, ~ 18,000 rpm. Fantastic for such a small motor. Thanks Daniel.
