I am the second owner of the ipod. I think it was dropped which probably cause the hard drive to crash. I replaced the hard drive, headphone jack/ hold switch, and the battery. The case also had his name on it so replaced the back plate with another one that's why its a little scratched up too much.

Yes it works. I loaded music on it and video and it works very nice.

I am not selling because its broken in anyway, but im selling it because im just not the type of person that likes to listen to music everywhere i go.
