It has been said here that the GV1 has do be grounded. I personally never
did and had no problems - so far.
I went flying today - after a long pause - and observed some irregularities
I can't quite place.
If someone could explain what exactly happens if there is no ground, I'd
certainly appreciate.

Martin

I've never grounded ANY governor Mart. That included the GV-2, the Robbe CSC
2002 and the Ripmax verion of the Robbe. Never had so much as a byte sized
problem either, so MAYBE it's something that's only necessary on those weird
American frequencies?

I found it out today- got nothing to do with the governor really.
It was one core in the throttle servo cable that was broken and lost
intermittently contact...
