model boat (RC), where to ge the parts???

ok well i have just begun on the long job of making an exact working
(with the guns working also) model of the Tirpitz. but theres one main
problem... i don't know any good places that i can get anything i
need---rudder actuator, etc---.and i was also wondering where, or even
if, i could get a mini radar that works. by the way the ship is about
10 foot long
