Transmitter swapping?

[Biggie in PA]

I am currently using a Futaba 6 channel transmitter. It came with an 8
channel receiver. Can I change transmitters (Futaba 8 channel) and have it
work with my receiver?
I don't want to have to foot the bill for a whole new set up.

Yep. All the receivers will work with the 8 channel Tx's.
