This boat needs some parts or you could use it for parts. As you can see the windshields, front hatch, rear hatch, battery door and crystal on the radio, receiver, battery are all missing. What is included is the boat, trailer, steering servo, radio, motor and stock ESC. What you see is what you get. The corner of the boat has a crack as seen in the picture.
The motor and ESC along with the steering servo work fine the motor alone sells for $75
