Hi all,
I've now officially started production on my DLG flying wing design, the Gadget. The Gadget has a 36" wing span, and a weight between 3.9 and 5.5 oz. With 2 sq ft of wing area, the loading is very low.
Construction is 1lb foam and tape, with a molded kevlar nosecone and vacuum bagged carbon/glass/balsa fin. This is not a combat plane, but it is very durable.
The Gadget folds in half for transport, and the fin is removable.
