LAMA 5 Gyro/mixer 4 channel

I bought a co-axial helicopter and all it does is spin on the ground.
I can not adjust with the transmitter to get it to stop this spin. Is
there an adjustment that can be made on the gyro to balance the two
motors?

do both sets of blades turn?
was it working before the crash?
has it ever worked?
