Realflight 3.5 Recordings

I've seen some recordings in a file that is not in real flight ie. windows media file or something like that. How do you do that. I've got some cool (to me) recordings on Realflight that I would like to share.

I think most people use a screen capture software, that records what ever is on the screen. Also you can just set up a camera on a tripod, or a camcorder, and recorde. that is probly what you saw that was a media player file.
