49cc gas engine, electric start, security alarm, remote start, working horn, headlights/taillights, turn signals, brake light. less than 2 hours run time on motor. Tires still have rubber tits on them. needs new battery (wont hold a charge). never abused. paid $650 asking $300 local pick up only

Ok, I have to ask. IF this thing has been made street legal, what is the top speed?

I bought it to get around on a lake erie island (Put-in-bay) but never had the time to go with the bike. The way it looks is the way i bought it. Here where i live the police have a fit if your on the road but im sure you can plate it and stick some mirrors on it and be street legal. As far as top speed.... Dont know, im to chicken to go fast. I had it at 25mph and that was good nuff for me. Dont care for road rash much.

may be able to ship (via greyhound package express) witch would arrive at the nearest Greyhound bus depot location in your area for pick up. Price will depend on distance of course.
