DX-7 and RealFlight 4.5

Iam having a problem using DX7 with RealFlight. The instruction manual just said to plug in interface cable to RealFlight and DX7 and talks about DX7 being in the FM or PPM mode, but I can't find this setting. I have also selected InterLink Elite Transmitter under option in RealFlight. I get no response from DX7 with this setup. What am i missing here

Make sure the DX7 is off while you are doing this. Also get it all set up before you run Realflight.

it's in PPM mode, when you plug in the sim cable with the tx off.

Maybe you can help me, but I can´t find a place where to buy the usb cable to use the DX7 with this SIM.
