scale bench for brushlessmotors

hi guys,

I'm looking for a solution to measure the pulling power (excuse me for my english) of a brushless motor in action. I think they call it a scale bench?
It's for micro brushles, so about 5kg to 10kg force should be enough.

Who knows where to find it?

I've seen several contraptions that mount the motor to a vertical post and then have another post 90 to the vertical one that pushes/pulls on a scale to give you a reading.
