How do ya' put in picyures?

I just got some great pictures of my dad's first electric flight (and awsome crash), all digital. I can get them saved to a file, but I can't put them on my threads. Anyone that knows half a hoot about putting them on, please tell me soon.

I would use one of two ways.

Should I have no site to host the picture, I would try using the "Attach file" function when I write my post. However, files attached this way may have an upper limit to size.

Should I have access to my website, where I can host my picture, I would upload it there with an FTP client. In my post, I would refer to the image by writing its address between the and tags (without underscores, which I inserted here to allow the tags display).

If you do a search for "Pictures" then you will turn up some of the frequent explanations that are given for this.

You can use the attach file option at the bottom of the reply to post window- files need to be less than 100kb in size and not so wide that they "break" the normal window size for easy viewing on an average sized monitor so really no more than 9" wide.

If the image is hosted on the web somewher you can use the IMG button above the rply window- simple cut and paste the URL where the pics are hosted into the pop-up window.

Of you could put them in the gallery- click on the RCGallery.net link at the top of the page and follow the instructions from there.
