Happy Holidays everyone! I know it has been an issue trying to get us here on the phone and emails not returned in a timely manner. I am working hard on many areas of the company and in 2 months, there will be huge improvements!
I have added a Live Support link on our website. If you can not reach us by phone, if you are within business hours PST, and you see that Live Support is Online, you know you can reach us 100%. It may not me directly, but I am always just a phone call away to resolve any issues. I just have to thank you all for your patience and your support.
