Swift 16 main gear difference

What is the difference between these main gears on heli-world.com. I lost a tooth on my gear and need to purchase a replacement.

CNE610A--Heavy Duty.
CNE610HE--High Efficiency

Also, are there any other stores to purchase from other than Heli-World.

The A is better than the stock 610 and can handle more power.

The HE is like the A, but is made with slicker plastic. This can help since you don't lube the gears.
