My story can even be a unique case, so just consider it before making
any purchase.
On April 4th I ordered a RC Truck (Brontosaurus) from www.rctoyhouse.com
It is now November 19th, and the truck is STILL not working, with a
totally unresponsive customer service.
The item arrived defective, and the first answer from rctoyhouse
arrived AFTER the 60 days (Return policy) passed, so I couldn't just
return the truck.
I think this is highly unprofessional, and a potential customer should
think twice before buying anything from them.
