I remember that there was a plans build two meter that was done as a take off on a Manta Ray.
I dont remember what magazine it was in and am not able to find it in my mags.
Does anybody remember what month and mag it was in, as I have a desire to give the thing a try.
Every once in a while just got to try wierd.
