Anybody have one or built one?

I have one I started 12 years ago, moved to Alaska and its been in storage since, landing gear assembled, bulkheads installed, firewall installed, wings not covered yet.

Is it worth finishing or shall I sell it? I have been informed Byron is kaput and it may be worth a lot.

If I do finish it what engine should I use and whats the best wing covering material for foam core wings?

Go to [URL=http://rcuniverse.com[/URL] they have a VERY active giant scale forum there. I would use a gas engine. If the plane would be 10 to 15 pounds I would use my Quadra 35, swinging a 18-8 prop.

The cost of a gas engine by U.S. engines (replacement/bought out Quadra) is at $250. If it were mine, I would finish and fly.
