You may need to do some investigating of your own, perhaps even by contacting the record holders. I don't think it's very likely that all of those details have been collected together before because I'm having trouble imagining anyone with a genuine interest in all of those different types of models.

The only one I know much about is one of the control line world records and that was set using a custom-built model with a very highly modified Irvine engine turning well over 30,000 rpm (on a custom built single-bladed propeller IIRC).

Very few world speed records will have been set using either models or setups that you can just go out and buy so I'm not sure what the information is going to mean to you.

One guy that is currently trying to get the DS word record is showing us exactly what he is doing in this thread: http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=778363

The mind boggles as to the amount of money, time, and effort required to get a glider to 400mph! (current DS record 365mph) A pretty comprehensive list of DS aircraft including speeds and photos and even location of flying sites is here http://rcspeeds.com

* DS = Dynamic soaring

Pushing 400mph.
glow ?
Probably around 300mph, though more is possible.

elect ?
About 200mph, though more is possible.
edf ?
As above.
gdf (glow) ?
About 200mph. No one goes there anymore. Use turbine or EDF.

turbine ?
250-300mph probably.

puls jet ?

IIRCrecord is around 200mph, they are banned for other than C/L use IIRC so hard to say what they COULD do.

All it takes is a slick airframe, a lot of power, and if using a prop, a bloody coarse pitch.

Were you specifically after the record speed for these styles of model or the typical speed of models at the field you fly at? There's a HUGE difference between these two extremes unless they fly a lot of Formula 1 pylon racing at your field or you swing by the local dynamic soaring spot and there's a couple of serious nutcases out trying to tear their models apart....
