Max the following is from the Hobby Lobby Site.

Forward limit 5" back from LE of wing
Aft limit 6 1/4" back from LE of wing
or 34 to 40% of wing chord
forward position more stable flight aft position more responsive

The 12' Telemaster is a fun plane. Here's a picture of mine that I built many years ago.

hi
love, love, love a telemaster. the above is correct for c/g location.
i use the senior telemaster as a tow and piggy back for sail planes and other test birds.
split the vertical into twin tails and drop the wing to the low wing position, build a set of glider racks set them at -1 degrees to the bottom of the wing. build your racks above your vertical.
the low wing conversion doesn't change the handling, except to maybe allow a little more play room in the envelope. dig it shot
