semi scale rcmk stern drive unit
This drive is for big powerboats over approximately 40 inches. The props are used in a hydro fashion as a surface drive. The drive is designed for gas engines (such as the popular Zenoah G260PUM, Quickdraw 25, Chung Yang/SIKK 25.4.
a standard 1/4" flexshaft with a round end is all that is needed to connect this drive to your engine.(18inch flex cable is included) This massive stern drive is made from Dural (aircraft-quality Aluminum with a high hardness for wear resistance). Top of the drive is black. The bottom is polished. Inside, the drive has 5 ball bearings, hardened shafts, and pinion gears which are bathed in oil. The output-shaft RPM is geared to run 16% higher than the engine to increase speed. The attitude of the drive can be manually adjusted. the drives can be run wuth 23-26cc Zenoahs, the Chung Yang/SIKK 25.4, or Quickdraw 25.
this drive would be ideal for that custom one of a kind r/c boat project or for that semi scale race boat that you have been dreaming about
