Here is a question for those In and Around the Western Side of Washington State. What LHS or shops of note are represented in Seattle, Tacoma, and around the Sound?

Inquiring minds want to know! ;)

"Hobby Outlet" www.hobbyoutlets.com is located at 1700 SE Mile Hill Drive, Port Orchard. The owner competitively races large (1:8, I think) scale hydros.

Hobby Town (not a corporate store) near PLU in Parkland WA. I dont know the exact address but it is just off Pacific Ave on Garfiled near the College. he does not have alot of boat stuff in stock (mainly planes) but he can get you most of what you want.

If you need scale people and stuff like that there is a train hobby shop called Pacific Railway Hobbies in Lakewood that may have some items of interest. He is mainly trains but the little figures and some of the electronics for trains can be easily adapted to model boating.

And I dont know if they are still around but Pulsbo Pacific Hobbies used to have a good selection of stuff too. If memory serves he is mainly a train store too but I cant remember all that clear. Last time I was in there I was looking for parts to my Losi XXX so I could race that day.
