I want learn to fly a lainer fun fly and do some vertical 3D , with a 46 motor ,weight about 3.5 to 4 pounds,can u give me some first time tips.

I don't think you're going to be able to do true 3D with that plane, without some serious modifications. Typically 3D planes have huge control surfaces with extreme control throws. You may want to look at something else.

If you're looking for a kit or an arf, some of the best planes are the Morris fun flys. Check them out at www.morrishobbies.com I'd look at their tried and true Su-du-khoi, their more recent Top Cap, or their newest, the Sledge 540.
