We are a Chinese manufacturer specializing in sailplanes--Flying Eagle Model. We are a new name in this industry but we offer some really good stuff.
We're currently working on some new designs. Hopefully we can release new models early next year. You're gonna like them because they will be as good as they look and more importantly, affordable. Let more people join in this small community of ours.
At the same time, we hope to work with more sailplane designers. We can massively turn your design into something as beautiful and ideally durable.
Here is the link of our online album: http://picasaweb.google.com/fk1188.
For more info., please email me at fk1188@gmail.com or call: 0086-769-82874115
Regards,
Jason
Please note: We will not take any new orders of our previous model Vento nor will we advertise in any kind.

Clones ?
there are some simularities in all Modells
No not the same as the X Model Blade XXL
the single (10mm) Joiner and the Fuse are completly different.
Looks good on the pictures, for a non competitive sport model why not.

I think we're all feeling kind of teased by this. I like the build quality (from what I can see). Nice static shots and video shows good light lift capability. But how much will it cost me (and how much to have it shipped to the U.S.)????

Folks -- I am putting an order in shortly for one of these. I can ship 4 more in the same box so shipping would be 1/5 for those who wish to have me bring them in. Contact me for a total of your choice of Full Glass (why?), Carbon D-Box, or full carbon builds. Each will have a full ballast set and plane bags (wings, tail, fuse) included.
Unless you plan on picking up in NJ - or within a reasonable driving distance from me - expect you will still have domestic shipping costs. I will be happy to re-box and ship at cost.
PM me - or email me - I can give you pricing but final price will be based on whether we can get 4 more planes shipped. Color choice is yours....
I will need prepayment prior to the order going in (as i have to pre-pay for them as well)

I am curious about a few things. F.Cena, is your company also producing the Predator F3F we just saw emerge on the market? It incorporated many improvements based on suggestions from fliers across the world. If so, did those improvement go into this model?
Your price is certainly tempting but it would be nice to know more about the R&D and testing that went into this model. Take this in the proper light...I'm sure no one, including myself, wants to be a part of your R&D team. :)

You are right, changing a clevise make the plane different :p !!!
Since my first post, I learned that some people running this company are coming from zoom model, which explain lots of things ...
Then of course, it's up to each of us to decide if buying a copy is well or not, until you loose your job because somebody else copied what you produce and selling it half the price, then we will rediscuss  ...

Well my 2 cents,
I don't recall mention of a clevis being a primary difference...I think it was the DOUBLE not single wing joiner system.
As for it being built at half price.... The Chinese lead the way in Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing processes and if they can build something for less of equal or similar product value....well then good for them and the economy as well. So, another consideration is this: By them selling their product for less to increase product volume sales (which allows for lower pricing) and bump their profit margins up through increased sales is that all that bad? I don't think so. So ask yourself this...why is it that your price is about 2 times as much? Similar materials should be about the same cost to either company. Labor rates...well that depends on where one lives.
Not knowing if your products are patented or not...You may have a very legit argument. As for us consumers it is hard at times to tell one plane from the next as there are so many out there. If you see a new product and it is appealing to you what do you do? You think about it for a while and decide to purchase it or not. Who really thinks about or wants to spend lots of time researching who may have designed it first and/or if it is a clone or not?
Anyway enough from me.
Happy flying and Holidays to All!
