Hi,
Looking at an electric buggy, generally for bashing but also maybe racing.
Was looking at the Yokomo MR4BC. Is this a good buggy? Or should I be
looking at other names like Losi or Associated?
Thanks,
Matt

The Yokomo is a 4wd buggy, right. Generally for bashing you want a 2wd
buggy. The 2wd buggies are much more durable, easier to maintain, and
generally offer the ability to use different battery packs (not just
saddle pacs, etc..)
Either the Losi or the Associated would hold up well for bashing and
are standard for racing. The 4wd buggy might not work for racing in
your area, unless the track near you gets enough people to race a 4wd
class (very rarely do tracks allow 4wd to race with 2wd).
Tim
(if the Yokomo you are refering to is 2wd, it should be fine as well)

the Duratrax buggies are cheaper and along the lines of a slightly older
Losi/AE buggy. they'd be a decent first buggy.
