UHU hart vs CA

Last year I moved from that mecca of modeling merchandise -- the United State -- to Rome where the modeling pickings are both slim and very expensive to import(20% VAT added).

Here on the Continent it seems that UHU Hart is the "quick" adhesive of choice for wood models. I have been using it on some rubber-powered free flight models and I haven't developed the "moves" it requires. Yet.

I wonder if anyone has used it for planking a boat hull. I have a half-finished Dumas Barrelback that needs deck planking.

Is it a reasonable product for planking?
