Accuracy in FMS files is created by the plane modelers ability to modify the .par file for the specific model. Even then, there is variability caused by different modelers actual aircraft and their choices for batteries, motors, etc. Even when the modeler owns the actual aircraft, some variability will creep in.
RC sims are a great training but not a tool for evaluating actual model flight and performance. There is no substitute for real rc flying.

Are there any bad sites with bad aircraft or good sites with good aircraft

It's ok for basic reflexes, but there is something missing that did not connect for me until I did a few weeks of actual flying. Mainly in the lack of random disturbance and turbulence with FMS.

Try the T-28, Corsair and Super Cub on my website (http://gunnerson.homestead.com/files/fms_models.htm).
Use FMS 2 alpha 8.5 and set wind at 3 m/s and gusts at .3 m/s at 270 degrees in the world.scn and you will get the random gusts you are looking for with FMS.
