Good morning,
I sent a Jeti 77 Opto ESC in for RMA almost three weeks ago. I called Hobby Lobby after it had been a week to ask for a status, and I was told the package wasn't received yet. That concerns me, as I'm in NC and Hobby Lobby is in Tennessee, one state over. It shouldn't take that long to get there.
I called back Thursday (10/9) and left a message, asking if my RMA had been received yet. At that time, it was over two weeks since I mailed the ESC for RMA. I have yet to receive a reply from Hobby Lobby. If the package arrived and hasn't been processed yet, I'm totally fine with that - I just want to know it's been received. Can someone at Hobby Lobby help me with this? Thanks!
