Here is how I make micro drop glue tips.
Take a peice of inkpen ink tubing or other plastic tubing and hold it over a flame until it stars to melt. slowly stretch and raise away from the flame till you have the desired thickness. You can rotate the tube over the flame to distribute the heat evenly. Be careful not to let the tube catch fire. Then cut in half at the middle and you have 2 glue tips. I got the Idea from a nailene ca fingernail glue bottle which I now use for duco and acetone mix(shown in picture along with homemade tips.
