Need an answer. Will a 25 amp brushless speed controller, that came with an aircraft that provided an 18C 1300 mah 11.1v battery, support the 20C batteries, 1320 mah 11.1v, that I presently have, or will it cause damage to it?

Thanks

You will be fine.
The only thing to check would be that the weight difference does not effect the cg of the plane.

Thanks Travis, it should be here on Tuesday, I'll let you know how the crash goes, lol.

The big difference you'll notice in an 18 versus a 20C battery is slightly higher voltage retention under load. (That's what SHOULD happen) This will make the battery run the fan or prop faster under load and on a ducted fan, draw a few more amps consistantly and on a prop give you higher top speed with less amp draw effect.
Now that is if the 18C was truly an 18C and the 20C is truly a 20C.
The thing to remember is that higher voltage has more "Work energy" and will most times draw less amps for the same amount of work....meaning it will turn a prop at the same speed (and faster if you want) than lower voltage will for the same amount of amps being drawn.
Maybe too much info....But I'm sitting in an arena waiting for a show to start in about six hours! :|
