Does anyone have a method of mounting th 8" Sr Telemaster wing so as to eliminate the rubber bands? There is room for the aft wing bolts, but the front of the wing does not lend itself to thee standard dowel setup.

I've got a SR. Telemaster ARF in the queue myself. Both the wing and tail will be bolt-on. There are a few threads with bolt-on wing modification details. It's seems to be a choice between a plywood tounge that extends downward and forward (inplave of dowels) or using bolts front and rear. I haven't decided what to use myself yet. At the present time, I'm planning on re-covering the whole model. First, because I don't care for yellow and second, to make the modifications easier and neater than would be possible when attempting to preserve the org. covering.

Here's a different color scheme. Yeah, I know, still some yellow --

this is for a 6 foot telemaster but it may work for you. This is a one piece wing so you will have to move the front bolt over a bit to off center perhaps. Or do a variation of it. I changed out because rubber bands were not practical for this model.
