Does anyone know of a site or a program dealing with design?? Not necessarily airfoils and planforms, but more fuse design, wing and stab placement, choosing an appropriate moment arm, placement of undercarriage, balance etc. for gas models??

Thanks,
jer

its all in here somewhere.

Just not organised...

start with a chapter heading. pose it as a question, and you'll get better than one mans opinion...every time!

Hi,
There's this excellent website/online program that has just about every parameter you listed above taken into account:
http://zzmanu.club.fr/spp/spp.html (English and French) online program.
http://epervier.sudluberon.free.fr/spp/index.html as html pages for reading (French only).
