FSOne TacCon contoller problem

I got FS One last night and I'm having trouble with the TacCon controller. My computer can "see" the controller when I plug it into the USB, but the lights on the controller do not light up, nor does any movements of the sticks yield any reaction. When calibrating the controller nothing moves.

Although when I plug in my Optic 6, it seems to work fine, but I haven't had time to sit down and program it. Since I get movement when i plug in my optic I know the USB interface has to be ok, but from the interface to the TacCon seems to be my problem.

I talked to tech support last night and they thought it was my registry on the computer, and we went through and deleted the registry and they said "that should fix your problem, thanks, goodbye". It seems to not have fixed the problem, and I am still kinda stuck.

Any ideas?

Did you install the latest update from the FSOne site? That's key.

Yes, I have installed the latest update. I called Horizon and they are sending me a new controller as soon as they get some in stock (back ordered). Should be a month or so. I am still though unable to figure this one out.
