Hi I got this for xmas last year, and never even touched it, and dont think I will have the time and patience to put it together. I also go the motor that comes with it. Heres the details..

This is the Midwest MEPS-III Motorizing System.
This system allows the modeler to power the Boothbay Lobster Boat #964,
Cranberry Isle #984 and the Seguin #984 for radio control use.
FEATURES: Speed control with two speeds forward, two speeds reverse and fuse. 12V high torque motor. Pre-wired and pre-soldered connections. Double sided tape for attaching speed control to servo.
INCLUDES: One Midwest MEPS III Motorizing system with: Motor, two 5W resistors, 2A fuse w/ holder, wiper arm, wiring with (Kyosho-type) connectors and double sided tape.
