Mixing

I am trying to figure out this complicated processs for the twin prop to make her easier to fly what i would like is all of the thrust and steraring to be done on one stick so whan i push forwads both motors go forwards then the same for reverse then one motor for left and one motor for right but i cant figure out this mixing it seems to be a black art would anyone be willing to write up a step by step guidde to mixing
